  • Hummus with crudités and homemade bread or artisan bakery bread

Dessert: Homemade yogurt with honey and cinnamon

  • Lentil salad with fresh vegetables, sun-dried tomatoes, and parsley

  • Rice with vegetables and spices (vegetarian paella style)

  • Baked zucchini stuffed with vegetables and a light béchamel

  • Bread with grated tomato and extra virgin olive oil
